Peel is a property developer, investment and transport company which has assets worth over £4.5bn, and these include the Mersey Docks and Harbour Company, Liverpool John Lennon Airport and The Trafford Centre.

Peel Wind Power Ltd is a member of the Peel Group and is responsible for the management and development of Peel's wind energy assets. Peel Wind Power Ltd own and operate Scout Moor Wind Farm, and the Seaforth Wind Farm at the Mersey Docks, which has recently received consent to extend the wind farm by 5 turbines.

Peel Wind Power Ltd is actively looking to develop other sites that are currently within the Peel Group’s property portfolio, and will also look to acquire and develop sites outside of the portfolio that are suitable for the development of wind farms.
